Oh the Irony. I already have the second broken screen on Note 10 plus. This time it was my fault. It fell out of my pocket (small pockets) on the concrete stairs, then out of the Spigen's S - View case because the edges of case broke off (bad design) and then again without a case 1 meter lower on the concrete floor. Needles to say it cracked exactly on the famous edge screen, but this time on the lower right side. Screen still work's and i don't even intend to replace it unless if it stops working because preaplied screen protector is still quite ok. If Samsung won't make flagships with normal screens in the future then this will be my last Samsung. I't just unbelievable how fragile this thing is and also there is no practical way to protect it if you work in hard environments.

Look's exactly like mine. Crack starts at the power button, goes left and right and one long across the screen. Of course possibility that the phone had a manufacturing defect doesn't even remotely exist for Samsung even if glass brakes at exactly the same place on more phones without affecting digitizer and AMOLED itself.

The preinstalled screen protector is made of some kind of plastic, so it's a bit strange to ask if it's broken. All those cracks apparenly happend spontaneusly with only glass being cracked, LCD and Digitizer are working normaly afterwards. This show's how little it takes to brake this not realy useful edge on the screen. I simply don't even dare to carry this phone without wallet case anymore and still looking worrying at the screen every single time if it's still intact. Bad move Samsung, realy bad, with this rounded screens.

I put my pictures in second post. I still believe this is a manufacturing defect but it's impossible to prove that. I had to pay appx. 1100 EUR for the phone, then i payed appx. 160 EUR for the new screen since they celebrated 50 years of Samsung Austria and they offered 50% discount on screen exchange. After all that expenses i found out, that the phone is incapable of recording video more than 3,8 GB (like buying an overpriced Iphone with limitations) in size, so i had enough. If nothing happens in better customer service and acknowledging their own mistakes my next phone will probably be Huawei or Oneplus. Less money and the same experience. I had S2, and Note 4 before. Didn't brake a screen on neither of those in i don't even know how many years. You buy Note 10+ and it just brakes by itself in pocket. I don't even dare to carry it in anything other than wallet case. So my experience for now is Buy Note 10+ if you want more expenses.

And if i may add. Limiting Third party software to only have acess to Normal and Wide angle camera and not the Telephoto is just leveling you with Apple, where limits are the only known way of use. Limiting the user to selection of cameras, limiting the size of files when there is more than enough storage and commercializing the phone as the next best thing with all those cameras and such limits is just wrong for such price. It looks like i practicaly bougt an Iphone with different brand name. Hardware is capable but it's software disabled (That also goes for removed VoIP capabilities ). For the future i just may ditch the S-Pen and buy a Xiaiomi for 1/3 of the price and with same software diasabilities. Nothing to lose here even if i come frome Note 4.

You do know, that phones come with expandable storage and USB cable to transfer files to computer? Because that is realy realy bad excuse for limiting users to 4 GB file size limit (like users are not awere how much storage they have left). Look's like premium isn't so premium after all. Please fix this nonsense ASAP. It's practicaly imposible to make a 10 minute long 4K video in one sequence... with a phone that costs 1K EURos...

How could you have internal storage space issue with 256 GB of memmory? I will copy you response from the app developer on Google Play: Hi Daniel, yeah, sadly, Android doesn't support files higher than 4GB natively (the APIs don't support it), so we have to split the files... with a minor overlap so no data is lost. If we remove this overlap, you may miss some video/audio samples. Hopefully Google will remove this limitation eventually.Thank you for your review and have a nice day! I mean in year 2019 4GB limit...No words.

Hi, I just wan't to ask if it's normal for a phone with 256 GB of memmory, that maximum reecorded video file size is 3.8 GB? 2 days ago i recorded a whole concert with Filmic pro app in 4K 30 FPS. Duration 2,5 hours. What supprised me, that in the end i ended up with 23 files sized 3,8 GB, that overlapped for a few seconds. What's the point in this, that the phone with such a large memmory cannot record more that 3,8 GB in size?

It's impossible to brake original screen protector because it's made from plastic, not glass. I also watched all the videos and now i don't even wan't to try replacement whitestone dome, because i'm affraid it might cause some forces to the screen while hardening. I have new screen now and original screen protector and everything together in Spigen Wallet S case, that closes with magnet.

A month old. From day 1 in Spigen Ultra Hybrid case and last two weeks with Whitestone dome screen protector. I took it from the pocket in the evening (i was driving with the car before when i put it in the pocket after a call and it was ok) and found this. It cracked above the power button throughout the whole screen. The crack on the screen protector above that one was made by me, when i was checking if the screen actualy cracked. The screen and touch still works fine. How is this even possible, that the screen cracks inside the front pants pocket by itself? Aren't phones designed for carrying them in pocket? There was nothing else in the pocket that could cause the crack and also, the crack started at the very beggining of the glass 2 mm inside the case. I found some simillar cases of spontaneus cracks in the same way on the Samsung phones on the internet. It looks like manufacture defect, but how to proove it to the Samsung service center? I have had only Samsung phones until now and also in the family we have 3 more and not even 1 had a broken screen until now. I will certanly rethink my brand decision if i will have to pay for apparent manufacturing defect even for the price of loosing S-pen. The realy expensive phone is becoming even more expensive...
