Hi,    I have an s8 running 7.0 software but require to upgrade to 8.0 or above for a partuclar work email app to work .    When I try software update through the phone and also smart switch via pc it informs me my phone is up to date (which it isnt).  I can also confirm my phone is not rooted.    Anyone experienced this or have and suggestions? thanks     ...
