May I ask who carried out the work to replace the part on your watch @DrewW74 ? If Samsung or a Samsung Service Centre then go back to them. If not Samsung or an authorised Samsung Service Centre then the warranty will be voided and Samsung won't probably help now. Go back to the source that carried out the work. One option you could also try is plugging your charger into another plug socket and try another official Samsung charger. I wish you all the best with this situation.
