Looks like I'll never get them. My boyfriend decided to clear my cupboards. The one receipt in there was the one for the post office. Can't prove the postage now and Samsung still claiming they've not received the return from me. Absolutely gutted. 😔

Got another response from Samsung. Please accept our sincere apologies that you are still waiting on your replacement gift. We did have some issues with the fulfillment company that is used to dispatch these items. We have now been assured that all these issues are resolved and all outstanding items will now be dispatched very soon. Dx have definitely been the worst delivery I've had. Day 1 partner was in they didn't even knock Day 2 got an email at 8:20 saying delivery had been attempted. I was awake in the kitchen . Nothing. Also it says they deliver between 9 and 5. Couldn't get a redelivery for 4 days. The person at the call centre was so rude. Unfortunately I've had to send my buds back as the one wasn't charging. I asked if I could pay extra to have delivery by anyone but DX. Nope. Got to go through the whole mess again. I sent them back 2 weeks ago s till not had any confirmation of them being received. Reckon I'll be waiting a long while 😕
