Just to give an update. Richer Sounds replied to my Email in 2 hours and 16 minutes of sending it. I mailed my Local Branch Direct. Instantly advised I could have the TV Refunded and returned. I received another email after stating I could keep the TV and Receive a £700 refund which I ended up taking. I passed the TV on to my family and ended up upgrading to the Q9FN 2018 model. I can't stress enough how good the service was from Richer Sounds and the ease of which the refund and the whole issue was sorted.
