Not sure if this will help anyone but I had the S10 delivered on the day of release via a network operator and suffered battery drain. I got a relace this monday and the first thing I did was update the it to the latest firmware and once updated, perform a factory reset. I then did a restore via Samsung Cloud and google cloud and since been very impressed with the phones battery life. Today for example - my phone has been on for 17h 54m with 4hrs 9mins screen time 7% battery life remaining
