Ditto, I've got 30 days since validation so I sent an email asking if they could help,    Here's part of it: 'We would like to sincerely apologise for the possible delay. I've also come from a Fitbit and had the same issues. The sleep tracking seems poot, mines only been showing about 20-30 mins of deep sleep where my Fitbit showed more like 1hr30. The heart rate was also way out while I was working out, either seemed to be 20-30bpm or often failed to pick up a HR  It's a nice little watch but with the poor battery life and hit and miss fitness I'm going back to Fitbit  ... I found the auto detection was a bit hit and miss. Walking it seemed to work fine but Ifni stopped for about 2 minutes it's stopped it then re started, which is quite frustrating when one walk shows as about 5 . I've had issues with the heart rate and sleep tracking too. My HR was up around 170 during a HIIT and the watch was showing 130. Way out! Gone back to Fitbit  ... View more

I've noticed a similar thing coming from Fitbit. My deep sleep is only about 20-30 minutes when it was usually more each night with the Fitbit. I've also noticed the HR can be inaccurate, for example during a work out the Watch was showing about 130 but I used the HR monitor on my S10 which showed 160, so a fair bit out! Not sure if it could be the HR being inaccurate that might cause the sleep to be different 🤔 ... View more
