I am incredibly angry! I still have not heard anything about validation of my claim so I emailed Samsung Claims about it. I got a message back saying they had sent a message saying I need more documents (I never got any message). I ordered the S10+ 1TB from Orange on 26th February, well before the deadline of 7th March. Orange ordered the phone but never emailed a confirmation for me but supplied a printed form with the details - one thing it didn´t have on this document, yep you guessed it....a date. I went back to the shop the following day after reading the terms and conditions of the buds offer and enquired about this document not having a date, Orange said it was fine the document will be enough. I sent this document and my invoice (which I recieved when I collected the phone) to Samsung and they are saying because the pre-order document has no date on it then I do not qualify. Really? I ordered the most expensive version of the phone well before the deadline and because Orange did not put a date on the "pre-reserva" document then they are not allowing me to claim????? I am going to Orange shop tonight to see what they can do about it but I do find Orange incredibly unhelpful I do not hold out much hope. I feel very cheated. Even if Orange won´t do anything, surely the fact that the document I do have says "pre-reserva" shows I ordered it before it was released!
