This question was not open for "Samsung Pay" It was open with regards to "GOOGLE (ANDROID) PAY" I complained and keep complaining for Samsung Watch not having GOOGLE PAY as an alternative, like all the Samsung Products have. My mobile and my tablet, both Samsung, have Google Pay. Why not the watch? In the United Kingdom, Samsung Pay is literally invisible. Banks and cards work with Google Pay or Apple Pay, full stop. I had no issue with SAMSUNG PAY. It seemed to work OK on the Samsung Galaxy Watch, at least as good or as bad as it does on my Galaxy S10+. But NONE of my banks in the UK is supported by SAMSUNG PAY (this includes NATWEST, BARCLAYS, HALIFAX & SANTANDER). However, all of them work with GOOGLE PAY (Google Pay = Android Pay) For flight tickets, and I fly every week, it's exactly the same. My most frequent airlines can send the tickets to Google Pay (=Android Pay) however they don't send it to Samsung Pay. On my phone, I have both, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. I simply cannot use Samsung Pay for anything while Google Pay supports all my needs. I believe that at least for UK Customers, Samsung should add Google Pay to the watch. At least Barclays, Natwest and Halifax are not supported by Galaxy Pay but yes by Google Pay. On Samsung mobiles, Google Pay works ok but not on the phone... I can't understand it! Any unbranded android activity tracker has Google Pay working ok...very dissapointed ... View more

That is again my problem. In the UK most of banks have agreement with Iphone and with Google Pay but not with Samsung Pay. None of my cards are supported by Samsung Pay but all of them work ok with both Iphone and Google Pay ... View more

Sorry I live in the UK and Samsung Pay does support none of my banks Natwest and Barclays. I will not change my banks because of a watch... however Google Pay supports both and works on every terminal. I don't understand why this issue is flagged as solved. Samsung Pay does not support major banks like Natwest or Barclays reason why I need to use Google Pay instead.
