At least some of you guys here get updates regarding your order via DPD or the website you ordered it from. I found it that in Ireland, despite you buying the phone from the Samsung website,your order is handled by Exertis and you get no update whatsoever, unless you actually ring in. Once you ring in, you may get in contact with a staff member that has absolutely no clue what is going on and could just tell you (like in my case) that there's a shortage of some hardware and phones won't be delivered in the next 2-3 weeks. When I asked if this is a hardware shortage or something that has to do with the CoViD-19, she told me, "well it could be that as well". Second day I rang again and I was told my phone will arrive in the 10th of March. They give wrong details to customers and obviously they don't care enough to clarify the situation. I've ordered my phone on February 17th and I still have the same "processing" status shown by Exertis.
