Put on latest software so fresh start..same old issue...with power..without power...high power mode..no music etc...seems to just do what it wants when it wants so no real solution. @AntS Hi...as you can see this situation is getting worse and worse by the day and this is only on this thread..the internet is soaked with disgruntled and poorly treated Samsung customers who are getting ZERO feedback from Samsung. Samsung also appear clueless on who within Samsung is looking at this. I have a Messenger conversation with Samsung on this topic spanning 6 weeks..main theme..send it back and we will take a look. You seem to be the only person who can interact with them so can we PLEASE get an update in this...only a matter of time before someone has a serious incident in a vehicle due to the distraction and frustration this issue is causing...we pay a load of money out for these handsets and they are currently useless in a large number of vehicles.....3 months to sort this so far and nack all done...grim.. ... Just asked Samsung for an update on this and sent them a link to this thread...got the below....   Hello Mike, thanks for reaching out. We are not in a position to comment on this, as it is not a known issue to us here at Samsung. Our recommendations would be to have your phone inspected by an engineer, so they can test your Bluetooth to find the underlying issue here. Is this something you would be willing to partake in? In the meantime, we would like to perform our own Bluetooth Test. Can you go to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Bluetooth.
