Rubbish isn't it! I also preorderded on the 13th after trying numerous times without success on the 12th and mine has just changed to preparing dispatch. I suppose if it comes tomorrow and I get a £50 voucher that's not too bad but you expect better from a company the size of Samsung.

Ordered my black ultra on the 13th after unsuccessfully trying several times on the 12th, just had a text from samsung to say my order is delayed and should be delivered prior to the 12th and to apologise they are sending me a £50 discount code for the website. *****!

Update, after having my deposits refunded the site has now let me accept the credit agreement and order and I have an order confirmation from Samsung so looks like it's all sorted for me at least.

1 from tuesday night and 2 from yesterday, were all pending this morning with available balance reduced accordingly, this afternoon they have all disappeared and my available balance has gone back up.

Quick update, all 3 of my pending transactions of £119 have disappeared off my account this afternoon so looks like they've been cancelled. Doesn't really help me though, do I try and order again? Still no communication from klarna or samsung.

Maybe if you could be bothered to sell it privately, most phone buying companies are only offering about £300 now for a S9+ and that will only go down once the S10 is released.

You don't get a discount if you are upgrading as your old phone pays off your previous 24 month agreement so that you can upgrade after only 12 months.
