Hi, the smart hub on my KS7000 keeps breaking. Twice in the past week I have turned on the TV to find all the apps have disappeared, including the "Apps" app (which is where you install them). Restarting the TV / unplugging does not help, only by doing a "Reset Smart Hub" under the self-diagnosis menu does the Apps button return at which point I must re-download all apps (and login again etc). This is what the home hub currently looks like: Has anyone else had this? I believe my TV received a firmware update to 1231 in the past month, could that be related? Thanks in advance!
