Hi @Davidhova If this was my phone I'd try.... Check the charging port for lint and debris. Try another official Samsung charging brick and cable. Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On. Ask a Samsung Service Centre to run a diagnostic test on the phone and charging kit. Also try a fast charge wireless pad to see if that works and if so that could point to the charging port at issue.
