UPDATE I am now on my 3rd watch -- weirdly the floor count on this one is much better but the step count is even worse than the previous two - admittedly I only do 6-7000 steps on a normal day but it is at least 2500 steps out by the end of the day - its ridiculous! I am wondering if this would be a hardware issue rather than a software update in which case this one will have to go back too. I love the watch but its just not fit for purpose as a fitness watch. Hi Its so infuritating isnt it?! I love the watch but if they dont fix this its going to have to go back. One way I found to register the floors is if you climb the stairs and then put your arm with the watch on up in the air when you reach the top - ridiculous I know! But its the step count thats always out - I still wear my Garmin viofit as that is accurate and the difference at the end of the day can be 2000 steps! Come on Samsung give us a fix!! ... View more
