I get this from time to time when connecting to my head unit. What works for me is. Hard pressing on the Bluetooth image on the notification bar. Then press on the setting cog for the head unit I'm trying to connect to and Then turn the media toggle off then on again.

As this page is moving fast i thought I would put this up to save you guys from trying to find it in an earlier post . If your on one of the unlocked uk firmwares (BTU Or XEU) this is where you go to on samsung members to register. Then go to setting- update- manual update. It might take a little while to start. Hope this helps and there is some spaces left

Im not sure if it will help at all. Are all your apps up to date not only on play but Galaxy app store as well. Just wondering if there might be some sort of systems app that you need to update to meet their criteria. I could be completly wrong and it could be somthing completely different.

After going to Samsung members and signing up to the Beta. You have to go to setting and update manually. Can take a while for it to show up. Like it did me. What I ended up doing was restarting my s8+ then reloading members. when I clicked on manual update it was there. Hopefully this helps

Mine wouldn't update either. so I restarted my phone. Loaded member up and then clicked update. Seem to of worked for me. 😊. Hope this works 4 you guys and gals to
