What is the point of Samsung having something like Bixby if it doesn't work. Google assistant works great but Bixby wont respond to my voice no matter how many recordings I do or whatever setting are used. If i could uninstall it i would but for now it's just a waste of space and is disabled.

It comes under galaxy store. You have to open galaxy store then click on the top right corner and open "my page" then check updates. An update for gallery should be there, it was in mine and solved the update problem

Fixed it by going into galaxy updates and updating from there. For whatever reason the update cannot be done by just clicking on the update that is highlighted in gallery

Why is it that Bixby is not regional. I'm in the UK and most of the time if you ask it anything it give the American answer or date. This is most unhelpful and I have disabled Bixby

Having never change the Theme on my phone how would this alter the icons plus if I change the original Theme that is now on here how would I get it back as the doesn't appear to be an option for a default

Yes I have done all that ! When long pressed the same options appear as on a normal icon but if I go to uninstall it say app does not appear on installed list.

I have done that and it remains after uninstalling the app. Have looked on the SD card also and there is no trace of the app.

I have an S9+ and have an icon that I cannot remove. It appears as a dark grey icon with sd in the lower right corner. This icon is for an app called My Tracks that is installed and working and has it's own icon next to this dark one. When I try to uninstall this icon it says app not found. It does not appear on the sd card under my files. Any ideas would be helpful
