It's been working five since I bought this TV, Netflix still works in 4K but if I play the 4K version on Amazon it will say 4K UHD at the top and HDR 1080p at the bottom left. Is this Samsung bug or Amazon? Anyone else have this problem?

Is there a reason why the layout of the Samsung Media Player's one and only view to browse media is so awful? Is it like this on all of their TV's or just the NU8000? The first video is bottom left, second video is right one and up one... third one of course is down one and left one, forth is right one and up one... WTF !? Where is logic in that? Are you seriously trying to make it a nightmare to use your TV? You've already upset a huge amount of users who bought your TV's from 2018 onwards by removing stuff like DTS. I thought you were innovators of technology, but this is just stupid, lazy and utterly unhelpful! Also, what is the point in the 360 mode? Where is for example... Select Audio Track? I ripped a film, tried to play it on my TV and... instead of selecting the main film audio... it played the bloody commentry! But could I change it? Nooooo of course not :( Can I have a list view for the Media Browser? Maybe even one that goes from left to right... but ONE ROW AT A TIME? Pretty please?

I would be more inclined to sign this if you hadn't specified "QLED" TV's I have an NU8000 LED TV which also does not support DTS So it's not just OLED TV's this affected, I think its pretty much the entire 2018 range!

You search for "Digital" channels. There have not been Analogue channels for many years!

Assuming you are in the UK... The UK's Analogue TV service ended around 6 year ago (24th October 2012). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analogue_terrestrial_television_in_the_United_Kingdom If you want to watch TV, you need to scan for Digital Channels! I can't believe no one was able to help you with this sooner, but you probably have it working by now.

So I've just purchased the NU8000, which I am loving apart from rather limited options on TVPlus. I don't tend to watch live TV, but I recently moved into a flat where a previous owner had Sky and so I have a satellite dish. Before I consider buying a TV license I wanted to see if I could get Freesat working, how many channels I can get and what sort of quality they are. So I got it working last night and... well, it found 1135 channels! But the filtering options are extremely limited and there seems to be a lot of duplicate channels. For example... the BBC HD channels are half way down the list at around 550 !? Are there no options to remove channels or re-order them? Possibly an option to only view HD channels? So at this point I am thinking I'm gonna unplug the satellite cable and not buy a TV license, as trying to find anything on this is a painful experience :(
