Same here... I measuring fine when not moving. When I move or when the heart rate is above 100 (I don't know if it is one of them or a combination) I get a lot of gaps in the reading, green led is flashing all the time but no reading. And Samsung do nothing about it .... Shame on you Samsung  ... View more

After I have talked to Samsung (Sweden) several times regarding step counter and HR problem they finally said that it was a software issue  and that they will solve it with an update but they couldn't say when this update is coming  Can the be right, an update will fix those issues?   Any way, no update for me almost this 4 weeks I had the GW so today I will return them because I have one 42 and one 46 with the same issue.   Really bad by Samsung....  ... I have one 46mm and  one 42mm, both are LTE version (Sweden) and I have the same problem as described in the thread. Heart rate seems fine as long I don't move. Even under a walk outside for 20 minutes leave gaps in the heart rate. Really annoying :(   I Talked with Samsung here in Sweden and they have never heard about this before and told me to send them to a Samsung service. (it won't happen)  I have 20 days left before I have to return them if I don't want them but I like the watch but I don't want them with this problem.   Can it be software problem on those? ...
