Hi Carl, Thanks for replying. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and my internet connection is stable. This issue does not only happen on the lock screen but even when the device is unlocked. After 2 or 3 attempts, it responds. If I may also bring to your notice one more issue so that you can apprise on both. When I go on to clear my notifications via 'clear' tab, my email notifications keep on ringing through the entire process of clearing. It is utterly irritating when at a public place. I have tried clearing the cache and all but to no avail. Several other people have also reported this issue. Is it a hardware or a software problem ? Any solution to these problems?

Hi guys, I have noticed that, at times, on the lock screen, when I say 'Hi Bixby, the blue logo of Bixby appears but Bixby isn't activated. It is only after multiple attempts, or after unlocking the device, do I get to use voice assist. Is anybody else also facing the same issue? Any solution to it? Thanks 🙂

Hello Friends, It seems Samsung always finds a way for us to be in touch with each other. Essence of COMMUNITY, may be .. My Google Voice Assistant had always been giving troubles on lock screen for some time despite the phone being new, in that, on lock screen, for the most part, I would get the message "Can't reach Google at the moment". But, today, it would just fail to show up in the first place. I would feel the buzz when i say 'OK Google' or 'Hey Google' but nothing happens thereafter. However, when unlocked, it works just fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 🙂

Thanks a lot. I was facing the exact same problem from the time I put on the screen protector. I just increased the touch sensitivity and it works just fine. 🙂

Hi Danny, Thanks for replying. I am using Smart Switch for a phone-to-phone transfer. The images were intended to be saved only my device and I haven't installed SD card yet. At the time of copying also, the app was reading only about 18 of my images as opposed to approx. 2000. As for the reminders, the ones in my iPhone have indeed been saved in my calendar on my S9. However, I was wondering if, on my S9 as well, they can be saved in the Reminder app. Further, the Notes on my previous device have not been copies at all. I have noticed another issue with Messages just now. To prevent my images from being sent across to anyone (in light of the recent bug), I denied access to my storage but, when done, it wouldn't launch the Messenger in the first place ! Is it supposed to be this way or is there a way out ? Thanks

Hi everyone, I just made a switch from iPhone 6 to S9. Like others, I also went ahead to transfer my data to S9 through smart switch. However, I noticed following problems. I would appreciate the help. 1) My pictures were not transferred. 2) The Reminders in my iPhone were saved on my Calendar rather than the dedicated app on S9. 3) My notes in my iPhone were not copied at all. Is there any way out for this? If not, would the app, SHAREIt, help ? Thanks .. 🙂
