Hi All i have started to experience an annoying bug My phone is set to automatically enter battery saving mode when the battery % falls below 15% which works fine. My issue is, whenever I then start charging my phone/exit battery saving mode, my Apps dissapear from my app draw and my home screen icons vanish, apart from the facebook icon? If i use the search bar and type in an app , it will locate it in search and I can access the app. BUT my app draw is COMPLETELY EMPTY apart from the basic system apps! To fix it I have to restore my home screen from samsung cloud and my apps and icons then return. this is extremely annoying and only started happening since last friday! I have wiped cache partition/ cleared cache samsung home and nothing has worked. Is anybody else experiencing this bug? Thanks

Just received an update notification 129.42mb version CSA7 security patch still 1 jan 2019 says device security improved must be rolling out now EE supplied Note 9 flashed with XEU software . OTA update no more waiting for EE updates!

Unfortunately although I love Samsung products in general , I find my 4g 42mm Galaxy Watch very much style over substance. Compounded by poor Major App support, features which clearly dont work as intended, and software fixes that are slow and do not address issues fully. If your in the market for a Galaxy watch definitely research to make sure it serves your needs. Coming from an apple watch there are pro's with Samsung's attempt but the Lack of Apps is a killer unfortunately, Hoping it improves in the future

I dont understand why Samsung UK even released the Beta here if we are to be the last to receive it? below is an up to date list of countries where the official pie has been released. most didn't even take part in the beta yet they have access to the full release already? Samsung need to learn from Apple when it comes to communication. On one hand the Note 9 is there premium device in the UK yet they couldn’t even be bothered to release the Beta here for it. Samsung UK has to be the most disorganised, contradicting , division of Samsung.
