I am trying to update my TV's firmware via USB as the TV is not connected to the network, but when I go to the link to install (  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE60JU6000KXXU  ) I am greeted with The page you requested is not available   Is there an alternative Link I can use. I have tried contacting Samsung, however, they just refuse me the file, or ask to call an engineer who is more than 50 miles away, telling me there is a fault with the TV, I just want to try the standard troubleshooting first rather than pay for someone who can do the same thing as me.  ...
