I have the Galaxy wearable app and It looks completely different between the two and to be honest this is the worst design ever.The battery indicator used to be green and now its blue.This is worst colour they ever chose for a battery indicator.There used to be an animation everytime when you open the charging case of the Galaxy buds+and now after the update,there isn't any animation and now the battery indicator is now combined for both earbuds.Can one of the moderators have a look at the images and let me know what you think about this and what can be done about this?

The display quality is the same as the Snapdragon variant.The battery life,the camera and the performance is terrible when you compare it to Snapdragon.Here'd a clip where you can see a huge difference between the two.

It's really strange to be honest.Samsung should optimise it properly for each devices so then they can get the best performance from these devices.Have a look at the iPhone 6s which was released almost 5 years ago and iOS 13 runs smoothly on iphone 6s but the S10 isn't as smooth as the 6s.Samsung should make the performance and the battery life better via software update instead of making it worse than before.Quite a lot users are complaining about the performance and the battery life of the S10 series after updating to Android 10 and it's been almost 3 months since release and Samsung hasn't done anything about it.It's a real shame from Samsung to even do this.You can even see that on Android 9,the S10+ achieved 9hrs and 10 min and on Android 10,the S10+ achieved 6hrs 57min by doing the exact same thing as before.You can't deny that Samsung has in fact downgraded the battery life so then the Z flip stands out more from the S10+.S10+ has 4100mah and the Z flip has 3300mah but the Z flip has better battery life.Where's the logic Samsung?

Hi,the z flip has 3300mah battery and the S10 has 3400mah battery.I've purchased a brand new S10 about a month ago and the battery life isn't as good as the z flip so clearly the software update made the battery life worse.Z flip also has a bigger screen than the S10 so the S10 should last longer than the Z flip.Samsung should atleast somehow make the battery life better on the S10 as the z flip atleast.Is a dumb move from Samsung to even degrade the battery life on the S10.Such a huge disappointment.

You can see that on Android 9,the battery life on the S10+ got 9hrs and 10 minutes whereas on Android 10,the battery on the S10+ got 6hrs and 57 minutes.Such a huge battery downgrade.How did the Z flip have better battery life than S10+?The Z flip has 3300mah and the S10+ has 4100mah.Just have a look at the screenshot and you will see a battery life difference between the Z flip and the S10+.More like the S10 series should have better battery life than the Z flip since it has bigger battery than the Z flip.Turns out the Z flip has better battery life than the S10 series.What a joke.Till this day Samsung hasn't found and solution and nor Samsung hasn't admitted this problem.Clearly you can see that Samsung downgraded the battery of the S10 series by on purpose.Samsung thinks that they will get away with this but not this time because I've just caught Samsung downgrading the battery life by on purpose via software update.It would be great if everyone let Samsung know about this so then Samsung can do something about this.Samsung cannot RIP users off by downgrading the battery life by on purpose.Not a smart move SAMSUNG!!!

Hi,did you purchase your phone from Samsung or any other retailer?If you have then they have a 30 or 28 days return policy.If you purchased your phone from EE,Vodafone,etc then they only have 14 days return policy.If you can then it would be the best if you can return the device since you have so many issues with this device.I even regret buying the S10 because of so many issues.

Samsung should add 90hz option on all S20 series because it will have balanced battery life instead of using 120hz all the time.We shouldn't be forced to use 120hz just to get smoother experience.Also Samsung should allow users to use 120hz at 1440p because users should have freedom of choice.Oneplus will offer users 120hz at 1440p at a much cheaper price.

Why do Samsung devices only get 2 software upgrades? These devices are getting really expensive nowadays but yet Samsung hasn't changed their update policy?We trust Samsung so in return Samsung should really consider changing their update policy and give atleast 3 software upgrades and another one year of security update or 4 software upgrades.

Samsung should release updates like One UI 2.0.1,2.0.2,etc like Apple because Apple has continuously releasing software updates for bug fixes whereas as Samsung,they haven't released any bug fixes even after over a month.

Hi,I've noticed the differences between the 2 S10.I've put the same font settings on both phone and I'm seeing different results.I've circled the area so you can see it easily.The one on the right is from EE and the one on the left is from Vodafone.Both phones has the latest sofware.Any suggestions?

I've had android 10 with One UI 2.0 over a month now.I've noticed that my battery life got significantly worse than Android 9.There's also a lag when you switch between apps,when you open apps and when you use full screen gestures.You don't really expect that with a 8GB ram phone do you?If you compare it with Google pixel 4 or 3,the full screen gesture gestures feels much more smoother than S10.Everyday I always discover new bugs and it's been over a month now and none of these bugs has been fixed yet.Why can't Samsung investigate this issue and fix is ASAP?Why do we need to wait so long for a update to fix these bugs?Why Can't Samsung release updates more often so then users don't have to wait for ages for an update.I understand that Samsung releases updates in batches but Samsung needs to fix these issues ASAP.Alot of people are dealing with this issue and yet Samsung hasn't fixed any issues.The One UI 2.0 is great but it needs alot of improvement for smoother user interface.
