We've got an update on this one today.   It seems the developers are wanting to do something like this; but aren't hopeful for a solution in the near future as they're currently facing some significant challenges (for example, some apps being shared across store platforms for either installation or updating) for making it work in the best way possible. Hi all.   Some official response on this to update you with:   "Thanks for letting us know about your experience. We have identified that this has impacted some Gear S3/Gear Sport users on particular software versions. This has been resolved in an upcoming software update. Do make sure to keep your device up to date.   Troubleshooting steps -        Reset your phone and Galaxy Wearable -        Check your phone and Galaxy Wearable are on the latest software version -        Check all of your apps are up to date (Galaxy Apps and Play Store) o   Does this improve performance? -        If performance does not improve: o   Please submit an Error Report via Samsung Wearable app o   Please Factory Data Reset the wearable and see if you see improvements:   To back up your Gear, using your mobile phone:   From the Galaxy Wearable app, select About watch. The app may appear as Samsung Gear. Select Back up and restore. Select Backup settings.   Once you are happy that it's backed up, perform a factory data reset:   From the apps screen, select Settings. Select Gear info. Select Reset Gear."     Plus, as I said above, keep letting us know if the disabling of the'Reporting diagnostic and usage info', or any other things you've tried (like in @KristinSMotz's or  @mertberkea's posts above) have had an effect in your case. ... No timescale for the rollout was given by the developer (extremely rare to get info on timescales from them on anything - even when we ask/flatter/attempt to bribe them.)   And not so sure that a "get-out-of-jail" type disclaimer would be a good approach. Appeciate that there's a few out there who perhaps think otherwise, but we would only intentionally put something on one of our products if we have confidence that it'll work to a high and consistent standard. Frustratingly, according to the simulator we have at our end, a Tab A 10.1 (i.e. a T580) doesn't have touchscreen sensitivity adjustment settings per se (other than a 'tap and hold delay' in Settings > Accessibility > Dexterity and interaction).   I did find this as a potential (and weird!) workaround when having a look around online for info on a setting that may have been buried a bit more deeply; but I'm unable to test from here whether it'll work for you. ... Hi guys.   Our developer has got back to us on this one today. It would appear aptX HD isn't quite as "robust" as they'd like, as it needs to send a lot of packets to the Bluetooth device - which could cause audio chopping whilst streaming stuff.   Their plan is use aptX Adaptive instead, a Qualcomm codec which combines support for high quality along with the required  "robustness" - although they'll consider supporting aptX HD too if it proves to be able to cope with the required demands. ...
