We would like to inform you that Upgrade+ has been discontinued in favor of a new and updated subscription service called Samsung Flex.
If you are an existing Upgrade+ customer and your upgrade period has begun, you can make two choices: (1) end your subscription and return the phone by contacting Samsung customer service or (2) continue your contract period until the contract period ends and then (2.1) send your phone back or (2.2) buy the phone.
If you need help determining whether your upgrade period has started or information about your options if your upgrade program has not started, we refer you to our terms and conditions (see link below) or Samsung customer service. Terms already accepted continue to apply until you terminate the agreement or the subscription expires.
You can choose to start a new subscription at any time by visiting Samsung.com and selecting your new device , where Samsung Flex is an available payment method. New terms and conditions will apply.
