Can't Access Notification Bar While on Full Screen OneUI 7

After OneUI 7 update, the notification bar cannot be accessed while on full screen, e.g. Youtube, and other streaming services. This is very annoying. Device is Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ 5G.
