I have Samsung Smart TV model UE40MU6125k

i can not click the install option when I open You Tube app. When I do Smart Hub Connection tests it stops at last stage, number 5, and the error message is . ERR80002. When I try to click the internet app it says unable to connect to the Samsung server or. I did the tv rest and also the Hub rest but still having the same issue
