YouTube 4k

Hi all, 

Does YouTube on the smart TV automatically go to the highest settings? Like if I was watching 4k content then it will show that, because the likes of a pc etc will be lower unless you set it higher in settings?

it should if not, then go to youtube setting then watch videos in 4k
