Xbox - Tv screen blank

Had the Q70R a few weeks now, and worked fine. Turned on xbox x last night and heard the xbox menu etc, however the screen was still displaying the tv but was a blank whitish screen which said Xbox on it. It wouldnt display the actual xbox screen. Never done this before, any ideas?

Samsung Customer Support have refreshed the HDMI ports remotely and we have factory reset the tv, worked at first, but then when using the xbox or sky...and then swapping to another hdmi source it freezes on a white/purple screen and says sky or xbox depending on what im attemting to switch to

We can confirm that the software is the latest version, @SmoothButter. Do you have a different HDMI cable you can try?

Been on the phone with samsung customer support for past few days, tried some 'trouble shooting'....hdmi port reset, change of hdmi cable, etc....nothing seems to solve the issue...

Any other ideas lol
