XBOX Series x - Q6F No signal

I purchased the newly launched XBOX Series X console and connected it to my 55” Q6F QLED 4K TV. This worked for about 2 hours on its home screen while downloading updates. 10 seconds into the first game, the screen started to flickerk and the screen went blank.
Now it just shows “no signal” even if I test it on other Samsung TV’s.

Can someone confirm of their XBOX Series X works on Samsung or if it’s just me?

Maybe the Xbox just...."died". Hope you have warranty

Its a know issue on the Q80T as well, Its got to do with the 120 Hrz mode not working when VRR is on, change you settings to 60hrz on Xbox with VRR on to get it working. As stated in another post https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/xbox-series-x-q80t-game-mode-issues/m-p/2268618/highlight/tru... new firmware is meant to fix it, unfortunately if you are in Australia like me, new firmware hasn't been released in Oz just yet.

I returned the Xbox for a replacement and will test it when I get home. Unfortunately a newer Firmware version hasn’t been released in South Africa. I’ll let you know if it works
