the App is missing and i cant find it on the App Store. Can you explain why? The TV is a new model.

WWE haven't launched an app compatible with the Tizen OS.

@Fleischwolf  Indeed  WWE do not have a compatible app for the recent Tizen versions though information that it worked on earlier models, i.e. 2017-2020.  https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/wwe-network/td-p/4256807
