Can you please advise the correct wiring connection between my recently purchased TV 55"s95b OLED 4K and a stand alone Phillips Video Player DVP 3120   photo attached.

You couldn't use a a scart to hdmi cable. Or rca to hdmi cable

Does your TV have a scart socket ?? or like suggested scart to hdmi

yes, but can I connect the rca to the usb sockets and is so which one.

Unfortunately no scart but plenty of usb

The video player in the photo has a scart connecter.

RCA to USB is doable. Leads available on Amazon. Haven't found a SCART to USB though.

There are no scart  connections on the  TV

Use a rca to usb look for baolongking on amazon or do seach on google the photos are quite self explanatory.
