Been in contact with Samsung support about the screen on my 22 model 55 inch The Frame. Attached photo is from a YouTube white screen test video. This is of course a "forced" example, but still...
Their advice is to reset the TV via the settings. Will this help? It's a hassle to reset because I will have to download lots of apps again..

I wonder why support tells me to reset the tv if only getting a new screen will work.....
