I have a 49" Samsung Q70R and it's constantly not connecting to the internet. I usually use Ethernet (which works on every other device) it connects to router fine but not the internet. I've tried holding the power button on, I've unplugged the router and the TV - nothing works! Current software is 1352. Help.
