I’ve recently bought a new Samsung 4K tv and when I try to enter an application for example Disney + it appears an screen saying “no signal” does someone know how to fix this

@viktorb33: Please can you confirm the full model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? Are you accessing the affected apps via Smart Hub?

did you find a solution? I have the exact same problem, only not from the start. I have now rebooted the tv and updated the software, checked that the internet connection is up and running - but can still not acces my apps
