White light on upper right corner of q70a 65 inch

Hi!

I BUYED THE SAMSUNG q70a a month ago and since I bought the tv I have this white light on upper right corner , it's only visible when the picture is not full screen and there are black top and bottom in screen.

when it's full screen everything looking normal . 

what is that? How to solve it?
