TV has started getting an intermittent white flash, only for a second, only does it when using Fire TV or Freesat, was resolved previously by a software update but back again!
Samsung will deny there is a problem. Believe me!! If you don't stand your ground, document – document Dash document! Take video when it happens. They told me to do that. I would have to have a video camera running 24 seven in order to capture the flickers that they will claim to not be able to see anyway! You have a long battle ahead of you my friend. Make sure you've got your receipt and it's still in warranty or you do not have a leg to stand on😤
No, they sent me a USB with a software update which worked for around 6 months. Then they must have updated the software again and the glitch came back. My TV was purchased in 2018, it's litteraly coming up for 2 years old.
