When does Samsung fix the Blueborne Vulnerability in their TVs?

My "H6470" TV is still vulnerable.

KS 7090 newest Firmware 1203:

still vulnerable.

Any vulnerable Device can be hacked from 10m away over Bluetooth within seconds.

Will shut down Bluetooth until fixed.

It would be nice at least to have a way to turn off bluetooth.

Any help with this?

On Samsung TVs you can access the Service Menu.

There you can disable Bluetooth.

/!\ But before /!\ inform yourself exactly about the Service Menu.

One wrong Setting and tv is bricked !!!

Also just entering the Service Menu resets many Settings (Picture, Audio, etc) to its default Values and you have to reconfigure your TV again.

I have tried all combinations but I cannot access the service menu.

The TV is: UE43KU6400UXZT

It have a small remote control with only few buttons, do you know how can I enter in the service menu?

Small Remote? Maybe its one of Samsungs "SMARTHUB" Bluetooth Remotes.

When u disable Bluetooth, all Bluetooth Devices including Bluetooth Remotes will not work anymore!

To access the service menu on my h6xxx tv i have to press Info - Menu - Mute - Power.

Not all together, just 1 button after the other.

Here is a Video which shows how to enable bluetooth, so do the opposite thing to disable it.

But as i say, BE CAREFUL.

DO NOT TOUCH ANY OTHER SETTING !!!

I don't think is bluetooth because there is a red light on the TV when I press buttons and it sound like infrared.

It doesn't have the info button (I think), it is like this.

I think its Bluetooth.

Many Sites say that this kind of remotes are Bluetooth.

A german site says it is a combination of Bluetooth and IR.

No Idea. Only Samsung knows.

This how mine looks like:
