What Samsung tvs run true 120hz not this black flicker

Anyone know what tvs run true 120hz/120fps not 60hz double up with flashing black or how does PQI get worked out in Fps or Hz

Running 120hz, you got to turn off VRR for it to work. Does not like 120hz and VVR, VRR is fine on 60hz
