70mbps is extremely low speeds. Even a cat 5 will work fine, it ca up support 100mbps, cat5e can support upto 1000mbps. So anything cat 5 or higher will handle your 70mbps with ease. But you don't need anything higher than cat 5. My suggestion, just buy any cheap ethernet cable, they are generally cat5e/cat 6 or higher these days.
