***** all as usual with regard to 8k TV's and Nvidia graphic cards. It's been 4 months since you broke it with your last "update".  8k resolution still isn't working correctly and when you do get it working then 1080p isn't working.

Talk to Nvidia and fix your handshake issues.

Congratulations Samsung.

It wasn't my broken TV as you claimed.

It wasn't my Broken GPU as you claimed.

It wasn't my HDMI cables as you claimed.

It WAS your firmware just as I claimed which you denied.

But, you finally fixed it. well done.

Hi @wickfut

What's the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Are you in contact with people who fix the firmware on the TV @ChrisM ?

I've done all this before multiple times with various people from Samsung. I get asked the same set of questions over and over again.  If you can't fix the firmware or aren't in contact with someone who can then we're both wasting time here.

The firmware is now the latest and not the one shown on the photo.

Does anyone at Samsung have a HDMI 2.1 source capable of sending out a 8k 60hz picture?
