Web browser magically disappears from my Samsung tv

Auto software update? I don’t know... but I had perfectly functioning web browser one day - and now it just disappeared.. I need it back. This is a huge wall screen tv. And it’s rediculous I don’t have a browser on it now. 
the apps available are extremely limited. 
Don’t know what happened. But I didn’t do anything. So it’s definitely Samsung.

Let's get this sorted for you. You do have the latest software version on your TV so let's try a Smart Hub Reset. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

I don’t even have the password/pin. The guy who set up our home system and speaker system and all that did it for us.. came and installed everything long ago. Can’t even remember who the guy is.. 

why do I need a password pin to reset my own system..

Ok figured it out - was Samsung set pin. 

it reset everything - including my preset channels - had to find them again. But somehow the browser miraculously popped up again.
