I'm getting nowhere with Samsung support so hopefully someone recognises the problem
TV Model: QE55QN94AATXXU
Firmware: 2001.4
Watch: Galexy Watch4 Classic SM R890
I have successfully connected the Watch to the TV using the Samsung Health App. I then do a workout and get my heart rate on the TV screen in the TV Samsung Health app however in less than 10 mins the Watch will vibrate and say paused then the TV workout will pause and say disconnected, it will try and reconnect but fail and then say it needs a manual reconnection which also fails. I then need to remove the Watch from the paired devices and re-add it for the same thing to happen again.

I have the same issue with slightly different setup, mine is QLED 2021 TV and GWC4. I am currently looking for a workaround and will share the experience back.
