TVI bought a frame tv a few days ago and cannot get through on the number provided to activate the warranty. I have tried numerous times and just keeps me on hold. I give up after 30mns. I am starting to wonder if they are not purposely not answering so that the consumer does not get a confirmation code. I have nothing on the warranty record form or online giving me a website to set it up online. Any ideas
