Warranty Conformation Code

Hello, I have just registered my Samsung TV online and assumed a Warranty Conformation Code would be sent via email. Now I see there is a phone number to call for the code.

How important is it to get this code?

Are you referring to the 12 months manufactures warranty or the 10 year screen burn warranty?

The manufactures warranty is automatic from the day of purchase and does not need to be activated.
