1) Rakuten TV ads playing on Samsung TV plus are set at a volume level so high that they may well have damaged my Samsung sound bar and speaker. If this continues and it turns out my speakers are in fact damaged I will be writing to the management of Samsung to demand a proper explanation and refund.
2) There are multiple requests to remove memory-hogging apps such as the new Tik-Tok app that nobody seems to want. Customers should always be given the option of removing any apps they do not wish to keep. Please arrnage this immediately.
