The volume on my TV gets locked in at a certain level and cannot be raised. The volume icon with a slash through it now flashes on the screen. I have tried unplugging everything and re-pairing remote to tv. I turned the smart hub off. I have sound, it is just locked in. Both cable and Samsung remote get locked at a specific level. HELP
