Volume control on TV started to increase by itself

Out of the blue the tv volume is constantly increasing. Even with all batteries taken out of the remotes and 3rd party remote settings turned off.

 

TV model is ue43ru7400uxxu

Hey. Yes I've got a Samsung soundbar and a fire stick.

I have always had these connected (over a year now).

i have already disconnected them both but the problem still persists.

Can you confirm the software version is 1356.0? Y ou can find this by going into Settings > Support > Software Update.
