when i do a voice command such as "channel 2" it responds with "cannot start that mode"
was working fine 1 day and not the next ?????

@t8knitez: Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the voice commands on your TV. Please can you confirm the full model number, located on the sticker on the back of the device, and I will look into this for you?
