My Q7 Samsung TV was working well when I bought last year until some months later the voice recognition stopped working. When I hold the button it reacts but it doesn't pick up anything I say. Not picking up any sound whatsoever. I have done factory reset, took the plug from the wall but the voice recognition keeps no not working and I don't see any settings I can change to make it work... As I said it was working fine before so it wasn't faulty from th beginning. Please help.
